Good morning,
Photographer Skip Forbes is a busy man this morning. He's at the I-64 wreck on Afton Mountain and just relayed confirmation from police that it is a fatal crash. He also took pictures of the accident that tied up traffic this morning on Route 29 north. And he slipped into IHOP for a quick story about National Pancake Day (which is a heckuva restaurant promotion, don't you think?).
Photographer Lewis Tingler just left for the new County Office Building to set up our live signal for the news conference on the Ragged Mountain fire. That's the blaze a couple weeks ago that was so visible from 64 in the Ivy area. We'll be carrying that live on CBS and on the web so check out the stream.
Later today, it's Edible Blue Ridge at 5, Joe and Peter with political commentary at 7 and Ruth Showalter's fascinating look at "real" Charlottesville housewives on Fox at 10.
And then, odds are, Charlie Sheen will say something interesting.
Jim
