The Fluvanna Library will be the scene Tuesday night as the candidates for the Board of Supervisors spar over the issues.  The event sponsored by the Fluvanna Taxpayers Association runs from 7 until 9:30 p.m.  Five candidates are running for supervisor.  The chairperson of the FTA says the questions will focus on issues of taxing and spending.  The debate is open to the public.
