April showers are supposed to bring May flowers, but for us here in central Virginia it looks like we will be seeing more rain. Another frontal system is moving through the central and eastern portion of the country. This one will not be anywhere near the degree of the storm system we saw this past week.
The front will stall just to our west and weak low pressure will ride along the front bringing chances for rain Monday night. The front will finally push off to the east by Tuesday evening, and this will bring a chance for thunderstorms. At this time it does not look like we have all of the ingredients to see severe weather, but it is certainly something I have my eye on.
Cheers for now!
Melanie
