On Mondays we salute our Classroom of the Week. This week we're highlighting Mr. Lee's eighth grade engineering class at Jack Jouett Middle School in Albemarle County.
Students in Mr. Lee's class are working on activities that investigate alternative energy sources, which they create through science, technology, engineering and math concepts.
Recently, the class was working on eco-friendly doghouses and energy cycles to power them. The students are also experimenting with getting energy from wind.
