This week we feature the Constitution 5K Run/Walk.
Francesca Conte joined CBS19's Bo Sykes to talk more about the race, which is the first race at the scenic Montpelier.
The Constitution 5K Run/Walk will take place on September 12, and will benefit the Archaeology Department at Montpelier. The 5K Run/Walk will kick off the National Constitution Day Celebration. Montpelier partnered with the Charlottesville Running Company to put on the race.
The event includes three different races. The Constitution 5K Run/Walk at 8am, the Dolley's Dash 1K Kids Run at 9am and the Constitution 1K Doggie Run at 9:30am.
