VNB Community Counts: Discover Virginia Wine Festival

March 12, 2010

Community Counts gives you a chance to help you learn more about the people and the organizations that have a positive impact on our community. This week we feature the Discover Virginia Wine Festival.

Tony Williams joined CBS19's Bo Sykes to talk more about the festival, which is Saturday and Sunday, April 17-18. The festival will feature wine from 11 different wineries (Burnley, Stone Mountain, Lake Anna, Horton, Cooper, Gabrielle Rausse, Kilaurwen, Kluge, Peaks of Otter, Addingdon and Bright Meadows Farm), as well as food vendors, children's events and musical entertainment.

The festival will be in Ruckersville off Route 33 west. Tickets are $15 in advance and #20 at the door. You can find more information at DiscoverVirginia.net or by calling 540-972-2749.
