In this week's VNB Community Counts, Kim Connolly sits down with CBS19's Bo Sykes to talk about the annual United Way Day of Caring.
Since 1992, people in our community have been volunteering around Charlottesville, Albemarle and the surrounding areas.
Connolly says 2,300 people have already signed up to lend a hand with over 200 projects at non-profits and schools.
The Day of Caring takes place on Wednesday, September 18.
