In this week's VNB Community Counts, Ed Seroskie sits down with CBS19's Bo Sykes to talk about the importance of ombudsmen in the nursing home community.
Ombudsmen from the Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) are the volunteers that help residents at nursing homes communicate with staff, as well as help the elderly with resolving some of their problems.
