Community Counts gives you a chance to learn more about the people and the organizations that have a positive impact on our community. This week we feature Charlottesville Dermatology's Derm Talks.
Dr. Anna Magee joined CBS19's Bo Sykes to discuss the quarterly Derm Talk sessions.
The next discussion is on July 13 and will focus on treatment options for acne prone skin. Chelsi Miller, NP will conduct the session, which is geared toward teens and young adults and their parents. It begins at 5:30pm.
Previous Derm Talks sessions focused on Rosacea and skin cancer. The August 10 talk will be on maintaining healthy skin during pregnancy.
The sessions are held at the Charlottesville Dermatology offices at 600 Peter Jefferson Parkway, Suite 230. They are free to attend. You can call 434-984-2400 to register.
