Community Counts gives you a chance to learn more about the people and the organizations that have a positive impact on our community. This week we feature the 2012 Sprout Film Festival.
Sarah Blech joined CBS19's Bo Sykes to talk more about the touring festival, which is hosted by the Piedmont Regional Education Program and VSA International Organization on Arts and Disability.
The festival will be on March 9 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Performing Arts Center at Charlottesville High School.
