Community Counts gives you a chance to help you learn more about the people and the organizations that have a positive impact on our community. This week we feature Building a Bridge.

Daniela Ghaida joined CBS19's Bo Sykes to talk more about Building a Bridge, who provides supported living for adults with brain injuries and related neurological disorders.

Building a Bridge is a non-profit organization located close to downtown Charlottesville. The provide family living. In each of the organization's four homes, the staff and the residents live together as a family.
