Online Book Fair Benefits SARA

November 25, 2012

An online book fair is raising money for what some call a taboo topic in Charlottesville.

Charlottesville High School is sponsoring the fair hosted through Barnes & Noble's website. A portion of the proceeds from the fair benefit SARA, the Sexual Assault Resource Agency.

Volunteers with SARA say it helps them promote the resources available to victims of sexual assault. The online fair runs through Thursday.

To buy items online and benefit SARA, visit the Barnes & Noble website and follow these instructions:

1. On the bottom of the payment page, place a checkmark in the box labeled "Check this Box if this is a Book Fair Order."

2. Enter the Book Fair ID "10955441" in the space provided and continue with checkout. A percentage of your B&N purchases will benefit SARA.
