Drew Brees Visits Letterman after Super Bowl Win

February 8, 2010

Super Bowl XLIV MVP and New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees talks about his team's victory in Sunday's game when he visits the Late Show with David Letterman Monday night.

This marks the sixth consecutive year that a Super Bowl-winning quarterback has appeared on the Late Show after clinching the championship.

Brees led the Saints to a stunning 31-17 upset of the Indianapolis Colts, giving the team their first Super Bowl win in franchise history. Brees completed 32 passes out of 39 attempts, tying a Super Bowl record, for a total of 288 yards in a performance that not only helped secure his team's historic win, but also the title of MVP for the big game.

Also on featured on Monday's Late Show are Academy Award nominee Sandra Bullock, the reveal of the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover and musical guest Josh Turner.
