Many athletes are in Charlottesville for the Boyd Tinsley Women's Clay Court Classic, but some of them took some time off the court to get ready for a fashion show.

"I like getting dressed up just as much as I like getting ready to play a match," said pro tennis player, Chanel Simmonds.

The fashion show is sponsored by Spring Street. With a hectic schedule the players say it is hard to find time for fashion.

"It is a bit difficult because you're always on the court and sweating and sometimes you don't feel like getting dressed up," said Pro Tennis Player, Isabella Holland.

But these ladies prove you can still be a tough competitor with a fashion flare.

"I'm a very girly girl and i like to go shopping and do all sorts of things like that. I definitely go overboard a little bit. It's great to have fun with fashion. You can't take it too seriously just enjoy it," said Holland.
