Longtime Charlottesville radio personality Jay Lopez has joined the staff at Monticello Media.
Lopez, who most recently worked at Lite Rock Z-95.1, takes over as the new Program Director of Hitkicker 99.7, a country music station in Central Virginia.
He will be on the airways from 3pm to 7pm each week day. His first show will be Friday evening from the Main Street Arena at the Finally Fridays Concert Series.
