A musical act stopped by the Newsplex Tuesday to give us a taste of their new music.
Hunter Wolfe and Are have performed at our studios before and they just keep getting better and better.
They're getting ready to play at the after party for for one of their role models, Jack White, formerly of the White Stripes, a band he started with just his guitar and his sister, a drummer.
"He's broken a lot of barriers and opened a lot of doors," Wolfe said. "He went out there and it's just him and meg white together no base player, no rythmn guitarist no lead singer it's just the two of them up
there."
You can catch the duo at the Jack White after party featuring Hunter Wolfe and Are. It's at Positively 4th Street beginning at 10:30. Admission is free. Jack White will be performing at the pavilion earlier that evening.
