Raya Brass Band Rocks the Newsplex

A unique band stopped by the Newsplex. They had everyone in the studios, newsroom, control room, and even the receptionist dancing. The Raya Brass Band out of Brooklyn New York was in town for a performance. Their Balkan sound mashes up the music of Eastern Europe with American dance grooves.

"The best way to experience it is to see us in person, live. Be on the dance floor, come with an open mind, and just allow yourself to dance and have a good time, " says band member Ben Syverson.
