A local clothing brand wants to expand its line, Robert Redd on Ivy Road in Charlottesville maybe adding women’s styles. The brand is known for its fitted cotton polos with bright strips in bold colors.
“Women can expect polos much like the Robert Redd shirts that we offer right now in the same patterns and colors. We’re also offering a dress called the celery which women can wear on the tennis courts or casually around town,” said Robert Redd, Marketing Director.
The brand is raising money to launch the women’s line through an online kick-starter program where potential investors and shoppers can see the process behind designing and creating the clothing.
