Hot on the Hanger: Winter Jewelry

For this weeks Hot on the Hanger, CBS 19's Tara Wheeler visited Spring Street on the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville to learn more about new jewelry designs that are taking over the style scene. Tiny chains and small studs can make a great addition to an ensemble.

"We're looking towards Valentine's Day. The big jewelry is still popular, but I think the delicate, romantic, pretty intricate jewelry tends to be the trend we're seeing now," said Cynthia Schroeder, owner of Spring Street.
