In this week's Hot On The Hanger segment, Tara Wheeler offers some tips on how to get the most mileage out of your winter wardrobe before spring is in full swing.
Many girls sport stylish boots most days during the winter. To take them into spring, pair your boots with something more dainty such as a floral dress with a cropped jacket or a shawl.
One way to still wear tunics to keep you cozy without weighing your outfit down is to pair them with leggings and flats rather than with jeans. By wearing leggings and flats, your ankles show. This touch makes the outfit more suitable for a warmer day.
Bright scarves made of light material add spring-like color to your look and keep you warm without being too toasty. The biggest thing to keep in mind for a successful spring transition is layers. You want to make sure you have options when the weather throws a curve ball.
