UVa Today: Spreading Good Citizenship

April 29, 2010

The University of Virginia is unveiling a new program that seeks to spread good citizenship across the world.

Damian Irby, the director of programs for the Center for Politics, discusses the program with CBS19's Tiffani Sargent.

The program is part of the center's Global Perspectives on Democracy initiative, which began last year and seeks to spread good citizenship across the world through exchange programs and events that share political insights from different countries.

Part of this summer program includes a host family visit for one weekend, from June 11 to 13.
