For this week's segment of UVa Today, Thomas Guterbock, of the Center for Survey Research joined CBS19's Jim Hanchett to discuss what to do during a terrorist attack.
Guterbock said the biggest piece of advice is to avoid using your cell phones. You should text message if you need to communicate with others. If too many people try to make calls on their cell phone at the same time it will jam the system.
