For this weeks UVa today Meg Jay an assistant clinical professor at the Curry School of Education visited the Newsplex. She wrote a book called “The Defining Decade: Why Your Twenties Matter and How to Make the Most of Them Now.”
Jay says twenties are the most defining years of a person’s life.
“We know that 80% of life’s most defining moments happen by the age of 35,” said Jay
Jay says that many people are making more money in their careers and or either living with their partner or married by the age of 30.
She mentions things that we do or don’t do in our 20’s can make an impression on our future. Jay is an alumna of the University of Virginia from the College of Arts and Sciences.
