Symptoms include aches, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion and sinus pressure.
Doctor Tompkins recommends Tylenol for aches, cough drops or Mucinex for your cough, warm salt water gargles for a sore throat, and Sudafed 12-hour for nasal congestion and sinus pressure.
