If you have a sore throat and a fever it could be strep throat. In this week's What's Going Around we're checking in with two local family practices.
Doctor Gabriel Spring of Palmyra Medical Associates and Steve Schmitz of Afton Family Medicine tell us strep throat is going around in both of those communities.
Symptoms include sore throat, swollen or tender lymph nodes in neck, fever, no cough and big red tonsils,
Treatment includes antibiotics, rest ibuprofen and fluids.
