Fluvanna Names Barnett Interim Head Football Coach
After the sudden departure of Rodney Redd as head coach of Fluvanna varsity football, Jason Barnett was named the interim head coach on Monday.

On June 9th, Rodney Redd met with school officials at Fluvanna County High School to announce his resignation from the program and the school just one year into the job.
Monday, Fluvanna County High School athletic director Scott Morris officially named Jason Barnett the teams interim head coach. Barnett spent the 2009 season as the Fluco's defensive coordinator and also was an assistant coach for the girls varsity basketball team.
In his first and only season with Fluvanna, Redd took the Fluco's from an 0-10 2008 season to a 3-7 mark in 2009.
