Thursday night, the Albemarle County School Board talked about going green with cleaning.
Back on June 4th, the County went ahead with a plan to stop using synthetic cleaning materials in county buildings.
Thursday, the school board heard from the district's environmental compliance manager about how that could be done in the schools.
It would cost between $72,000 and $100,000 to change the cleaning procedures.
The board will re-visit the plan in August.
