Buckingham Cruises to 31-8 Victory over Chatham

(MaxPreps.com) -- The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Buckingham Knights and the host Chatham Cavaliers, observed Buckingham's football squad defeat Chatham by a count of 31-8.

The Knights now own a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Manassas Park for a non-league contest on Friday, October 2. Buckingham will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 21-18 non-league win over Colonial Beach. The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Cavaliers encounter the Appomattox County Raiders in a A Dogwood game, on Friday, October 2. Chatham will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Raiders come into the game with a 3-1 record after their 27-14 non-league win over Park View.
