- Some UVa students are spending the night outside to raise awareness. Members of the UVa chapter of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity set up at 10 p.m. in Charlottesville and will stay out until Saturday morning at 7 a.m. talking to passersby and collecting donations.
- The Boys and Girls Club of Central Virginia held an annual Thanksgiving dinner Friday night. Over 75 kids were given a free meal along with their families at the Madison County Fire Department.
- In light of the recent rape allegations at UVa, the Z Society, one of the university's secret societies, left a letter at UVa amphitheater overnight in response to the Rolling Stone article.
