Four Virginia Companies Make List Of Best Places To Work Over 50

Four Virginia companies have made AARP's list of the 50 best places for employees older the age of 50.

The American Association of Retired Persons says George Mason
University in Fairfax ranked number 8 and was the only newcomer to
this year's Top 10. AARP listed George Mason for encouraging flextime and telecommuting for its employees.

Other Virginia companies to make the list include Bon Secours Health System, based in Richmond, ranked 12th, Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, ranked 30th, and Noblis Inc. of Falls Church, ranked 47th.

The top ranked company was SC Johnson, the maker of products like Windex and Shout, based in Racine, Wisconsin.
