One of our area's most cherished traditions is rounding the bend.

This Sunday, Foxfield will host it's Fall Race, and while over 60 horses will take to the track, horse racing is just the tip of the ice burg of what this weekend has in store.

The race horses will be sharing the limelight as Jack Russell Terriers take their mark for their own race, just one event happening for this year's Family Day.

Also,Service Dogs of Virginia, a local organization that trains dogs to assist people with disabilities will bring a crew of canines out for the Puttin' on the Dog event.

Tickets are still available on line at www.foxfieldraces.com.

You cannot purchase tickets at the front gate, so make sure you come prepared.

Gates open at 10:30 a.m. this Sunday.
