Albemarle County Police announced Monday that they have juvenile petitions for a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old boy in connection with the recent series of graffit writings at Albemarle Square. Both are residents of Albemarle County.
11 businesses were vandalized on Friday, September 28th. Each teen has been charged with one count of felony destruction of property and one count of misdemeanor destruction of property.
A court appearance date has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 7th at 9 a.m. at the Albemarle County Juvenile Domestic Relations Court.
