November 1, 2007

The Virginia lottery says that a 79-year-old Hampton woman has won the "Win For Life Game."

Edna Diaz will receive $1,000 per week for the rest of her life. The lottery said Thursday that Diaz bought a ticket at a Getty Mart convenience store in Hampton and used the "Easy Pick" function to randomly pick the numbers that won the top prize in the October 24th drawing.

The Getty Mart will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
