Social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook are about to get some company but this new website isn't aimed at attracting teens.
The idea for the site came from a group of veteran silicon valley engineers. A beta version of the site decisionstreet.com is already available. Online topics include health, wealth, housing and family.
The site also offers a free online resource center where you can get advice from a set of experts. One business expert believes the new site is a golden opportunity to attract the increasing amounts of baby boomers on the web.
"If you look at the statistics, the boomers in particular are going online as much people who are younger. We help consumers, and particularly adults, make the big life decisions" said "Decision Street" founder Clint Korver.
