You could say it was a series of unfortunate events that led to the problems.
This past week's storm, a computer glitch at Comair and luggage handlers calling in sick at US Airways have all combined to make this holiday travel season one that passengers stranded by events will not soon forget.
Those not stranded are still waiting to find luggage misplaced or delayed from Philadelphia flights over the weekend and some others are just waiting to get a flight back home.
The airlines have promised that they will find and return luggage to passengers and ask them to have patience. In the meantime those displaced passengers are being offered some assistance from the airlines but many are not pleased with the way things have been handled.
