Officials at Martha Jefferson Hospital are back to business as usual Friday after a power outage forced them to cancel scheduled surgeries on Thursday, February 10th.
A power outage Thursday forced the hospital to switch to emergency power. As a precaution, the emergency rooms were taken out of service until normal power could be restored to the building.
The hospital's emergency department remained opened during the outage.
