One lucky person hit it big after they bought a winning Lotto South ticket worth $10.3 million from the local IGA grocery store in Scottsville.

"I've been in the business 37 years and this is one of the most exciting things that has ever happened," said store owner Joe Hale.

It's been the buzz around the store since Monday, Feb. 14. Now, everyone wants to know who holds the ticket in their hot little hands.

Some Scottesville residents have about three different people they suspect may be the winner, but for now it's just a game of wait and see until that person steps forward.
