Online bidding is great for selling just about anything, but what about advertising space on your van?
That's what one Charlottesville man did on Ebay. After seeing a man advertise his forehead for $40,000, Ray Librandi decided why not use his own van to advertise for other companies?
The bid started at $2,000 and posted for seven days, ending on Tuesday.
It got about 40 hits, but never got any takers.
"I look at this way, I was going to either hit it very big or very small, I didn't really expect to have no bids," said Librandi.
Librandi isn't giving up yet though, he's now contacting local businesses to advertise on his van with magnetic signs.
