Tuesday night, March 8th, a 14-year-old Virginia girl was back with her family. Police say she was taken from her home in Bridgewater on Saturday the 5th by Oliver Smith.
An investigation showed the girl developed a relationship with the 22-year-old over the Internet. She was found unharmed Monday at a home in Fairfax County. Smith is being held without bond.
While police were searching the home the girl was found in, they found stolen property. Another man has been charged with that crime.
