UVa Listed as a Top Value

The University of Virginia has been awarded a top rank in Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine. The magazine called UVa the third best value in public colleges.

The ranking was based on the quality of its academics and financial aid offerings.

Kiplinger's looked at more than 500 public four-year colleges and universities.

A few other Virginia schools made the list. The College of William and Mary ranked fourth, University of Mary Washington ranked 14th, and Virginia Tech came in at number 17.
