Monticello Names New Executive Vice President

January 10, 2008

Ann H. Taylor, the executive vice president of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation in the late 1990s, is returning to Monticello with the same title but new responsibilities starting February 15th.

Taylor was most recently the executive director at the Darden School Foundation at the University of Virginia, a position she's held since 2004.

Among Taylor's new responsibilities will be overseeing completion of the under construction Thomas Jefferson Visitor Center and Smith History Center and planning for its opening and directing all operations related to visitation.
