(AP) The State Corporation Commission is changing the way documents can be filed with the regulatory panel. The SCC is allowing documents to be filed electronically. The new e-filing procedure takes effect February 15th.
In order to submit documents, filers must first obtain authorization. The documents also must be 100 pages or less. Officials say nearly 95 percent of all documents filed in Commission cases fit that criteria.
The SCC says the electronic filing is optional and offered as a convenience to case participants.
