Virginia will get some money courtesy of Blockbuster Video. The company has agreed to pay $630,000 to settle a lawsuit brought by Virginia and 46 other states.

The lawsuit stems from accusations that Blockbuster's new 'no late fee' policy is misleading.

The video store has also agreed to make its late fee policy more clear. It will post signs in its stores as well as print information on receipts.
