Update: Officials Confirm Fatality in Albemarle Co. Fire
Albemarle County officials said one person died in a fire on Woodlake Drive Saturday night

Albemarle County officials said one person died in a fire Saturday night. It happened at 147 Woodlake Drive.
A resident at the apartment called 911 reporting the fire. Officials said crews were on the scene within five minutes.
Firefighters found the residence fully engulfed in flames when they arrived.
An entire row of apartments was evacuated. There was some minor damage to apartment next door.
There were no other injuries reported.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
