Man Injured In Hit And Run Accident

Albemarle County police responded to a pedestrian hit and run on Wednesday morning, April 6. It happened around 10 a.m. on Turtle Creek Road.

Police say a worker was loading a windshield into a van when a person driving a blue car side–swiped him and then drove off. The man complained of back pain and was taken to the hospital. Police are still investigating the accident.
