Police say that two students at the Covenant School made threats saying, "Don't worry about it, we'll just Columbine everyone."

School administrators found out about a hit list, when students informed them of the matter.

Both students involved in the threats were investigated by the police and are said to have cooperated with investigators.

A 15-year-old girl has been charged with two counts of communicating a threat in writing and one count of conspiring to communicate a threat in writing. The male involved is a 17-year-old who has been charged with one felony count of conspiring to communicate a threat in writing and one count of assault.

A judge ruled that both students are a threat to society and themselves, detaining them at the Blue Ridge Detention Center.

"We've talked to numerous people, witnesses in this incident and gathered information," said Lieutenant Gregory Jenkins of the Albemarle County Police Department. "We encourage anyone who has information in this matter to contact the Albemarle County Police Department of Corporal Pistulka."
