Crozet is looking prettier and prettier these days, thanks to some Western Albemarle High School seniors. They are painting a mural on the IGA parking lot wall and picked up trash around Mint Springs Park.

The project started a couple of years ago and the mural project will continue until the entire wall is painted.

"We're just trying to paint main scenes of Crozet," explained senior Jillian Schwobel. "We painted all the seasons already. We kind of just wanted to help out and make Crozet more beautiful."

The students surveyed residents to see what changes they wanted within their community.
