Man Crashes Into Arby's

Arby's in Forest Lakes remained closed after a deadly accident over the weekend.

Earnest Steven Taiaferro of Ruckersville died when his car veered off the roadway and hit the side of the building. Witnesses say they saw him passed out in the car.

No one else was hurt in the accident. The restaurant will be closed until repairs can be made.
