A Nelson county man wanted for murder is in police custody.
Twenty-eight-year-old Moriah Tolton is suspected of killing his sixty year-old father, John Tolton.
John Tolton was found dead in his Gladstone home Monday, May 16. His son is believed to have run away by foot and was found around 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Norwood area near by.
