Terry Widener is charged with malicious wounding after a fight at the Town and Country apartments on Richmond Road in Albemarle County.
According to police, the fight between the two brothers took place around 11:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
The victim, Jackie Widener suffered a deep cut to the elbow and was rushed to UVA Hospital.
Terry Widener is scheduled to appear in court Friday June 3, 2005 for a bond hearing.
